When I Try to Send a Message, the Message Seems Missing

When you want to send the exam results as a message to the parents of the students, you can follow the steps below if the message text is created incompletely or incorrectly.

1. On the Home screen, click on the left menu. In the left menu that opens, expand the Pages tab and go to the Message Templates screen


2. Click on the template you're having trouble with and delete it


3. Click the three-dot menu in the top right. In the drop-down menu, press the Create Standard Message Template button


4. Standard message templates will be recreated


5. You can retry sending a message
