When You Open the Camera, the App Closes

If the app closes when you open the camera to scan paper, you should change the camera resolution setting. You can follow the steps below for this process.

1. On the Home screen, click the papers button. On the screen that opens, you will need to select an exam. Click on the exam and go to the papers screen


2. On the Sheets screen, click the three-dot menu in the upper right


3. In the menu that opens, click on the More menu


4. In the new menu that opens, click the Scan Settings button


5. Swipe up with your finger on the settings that open. At the bottom you should see the Camera Resolution setting. Change this setting


6. Try turning on the camera and scanning it. If the problem persists, follow the steps above to change the resolution setting again
