Placing the Form on the Exam Paper

You can place the form anywhere on the blank sheet of paper and print the test paper on this page. If you wish, you can also place optical forms encoded with student information on blank pages

• Scroll down to the Forms screen. Click on the form you want to use, then press the Export button from the drop-down menu


• Press the save button from the top right. On the settings screen that opens, set the Merge Forms setting to Active. Adjust the Form Position setting as you like


• Press the OK button at the top right. The form will be placed in the desired location within the blank page




• Click on the form you want to use and press the Write Students on Optical Jersey button from the drop-down menu


• Tick students to be printed on the screen that opens


• Press the save button from the top right. On the settings screen that opens, set the Merge Forms setting to Active. Adjust the Form Position setting as you like


• Press the OK button at the top right. The form will be placed in the desired location within the blank page
